Designed as an ode to the St. Agni label aesthetic, Apartamento in Byron Bay is a secluded abode nestled in the thriving creative hub of the Arts and Industry Estate. The apartment itself is situated as a completely separate entity yet in close proximity to the St Agni retail and office collective. Following a stay at this beautifully designed apartment, a Guest Information Booklet was created that would be seamless with the St. Agni aesthetic.

Using the beautiful story of St. Agni founders Lara and Matt as a starting point for the content, additional visuals were added to the existing photographs taken by Amelia Fullarton. The key advantages of the apartment were highlighted while providing the essential information that every guest requires during their stay. Several iterations of the booklet design were trialed before printing 50 copies to allow for changes at a later date.
